Born here in Southern California, raised mainly in Orange County. I am happily married and we have two great children, one starting Cal State Fullerton this year and the other, all grown up is a manager at Washington Mutual in Chandler,AZ,also he is getting married on September 1st.
My work history has always involved client service, first in the restaurant industry, then Industrial Sales/Service from 1983 to 1999 and the past eight plus years as a successful Realtor. The reason for my success is that my clients are so pleased with my service and knowledge, that they refer me time and time again. Over 80% of my annual multi-million dollar production comes from word of mouth, referrals. I mentioned knowledge, every year I attend classes and seminars so I am current on the ever changing real estate market place. In 2003 I earned my Brokers license, a designation earned by less than one-third of the state's licensed real estate agents.
